The Arabian Journal for Science and Engineering (AJSE)   

The Arabian Journal for Science and Engineering (AJSE) (ISSN 1319-8025) is a research journal covering Science and Engineering subjects published since 1975 by King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Starting January 2011, AJSE is published by the prestigious international publisher, Springer Publishing.

AJSE publishes twelve issues per year of rigorous and original contributions in the Science disciplines of Chemistry, Earth Sciences, and Physics. And in the Engineering disciplines of Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Systems Engineering, and along with a Theme Issue on specific topic.  

The AJSE is abstracted/indexed in Science Citation Index Expanded (ISI Citation Databases), Ulrich’s Periodical Directory, Scopus, DOAJ, MathSciNet, Zentralblatt Math, Chemical Abstracts, INIS Atomindex, Current Contents, GeoRef, AskIEEE, among others. Also, AJSE is distributed to University Libraries and other subscribers worldwide.  

Manuscripts must be submitted in the English language irrespective of the native language of the author(s). All manuscripts are considered for review subject to the author(s)’ written undertaking that they have not been and will not be published elsewhere in any format, and that there are no ethical concerns with the contents of the manuscripts or data collection. The author(s) warrant that the information submitted is not redundant and respects general guidelines of ethics in publishing.

All manuscripts are peer-reviewed prior to publication by at least two referees, who are known scholars in their fields worldwide. AJSE does not reveal the identities of the reviewers to the author(s).
